Auditions and production fees

• Signing up for an audition reserves a time slot. It doesn't guarantee a role.
• The production fee is paid at the audition. If the performer isn't cast, the fee is refunded. If a cast member chooses to drop the show, the fee is not refunded.
• Cast members are expected to share all rehearsal conflicts up front. Tech rehearsals and performances are required.
• Casting decisions are made by the Fay Theatre Company creative team and are final.

Information you send

Please give accurate information on forms. If you sign up a minor, you confirm you're their parent or legal guardian or have their permission. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Tickets and donations

Tickets and donations are processed by third-party services linked from this site. Their terms, refund policies, and fees apply to those purchases.

Our content

Text, logos, and photos on this site belong to Fay Theatre Company or are used with permission. Please don't reuse them without asking. Show titles and artwork may belong to their licensors.

No warranty

We work to keep show dates, times, and details accurate, but they can change. The site is provided "as is" without warranties, and Fay Theatre Company isn't liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
