Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026

Fay Theatre Company ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through faytheatreco.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us:

We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we don't sell or rent personal information. Ever.

How we use it

Children

Many of our performers are minors. For any performer under 18, the audition form asks for a parent or guardian, and the form for a performer under 13 should be completed by their parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us information without a parent's permission, contact us and we'll delete it.

Where it's stored and who sees it

Audition sign-ups are stored securely with Microsoft Azure in the United States. Only Fay Theatre Company staff who manage auditions can see them. We share information only when needed to run a production (for example, with a director or stage manager) or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep audition information for the run of the production and delete it within 12 months after the show closes, unless you ask us to keep you on our list for future shows.

Other websites

Ticket sales and donations happen on other companies' websites (linked from our pages). Their privacy policies apply there.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your child, or withdraw photo permission, at any time by emailing info@faytheatreco.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
