About us
Who we are
Our mission
Our goal at the Fay Theatre Company is to create a fun and inviting environment for anyone interested in the fine arts in the Northwest Arkansas area. Whether you want to perform or help backstage, we want to help you find your space.
Our story
Fay Theatre Company was founded by Kirra Fluegel in 2026. Originally from Illinois, Kirra made her way to Northwest Arkansas for college at the University of Arkansas.
She felt there weren't enough professional community theatre spaces for artists of all ages, so she set out to create her own: a place where everyone feels welcome and has what they need to express themselves.
What we're about
All ages
Kids, teens, and adults share the stage and the work behind it.
